The machine consists of some centrifugal impeller heads driven by individual motors to give a through cleaning. The steel structure walks forward on suitable delivery system with variable speed flexibility. When the jobs enter into shot blasting chamber, they will receive high speed steel shots hitting from impeller heads. Thus the rust layer, welding slag will be cleaned away and it promotes anti-fatigue strength and corrosion-resistance of steel and improves the inherent quality of steel and prolongs its service life.
