Double Hook/Hanger type shot blasting machinery

The machine applies to many species, medium and small quantities of castings, forgings, welding pieces of the surface of clean-up or strengthened, especially for fear of touching the slender thin-walled parts, valves and other pieces of the surface of clean-up or strengthening the more appropriate. It can clean demur and flash the surface of sand castings and strongly shot blast the original surface of the steel. By removing rust and welding slag and oxide, it obtains a certain roughness uniform metallic luster surface, removes stress, improves steel surface quality and corrosion resistance coating. The machine uses the double screw delivery system ,reducing pit depth, installation convenience, reducing investment costs; and the hook has three kinds of movements, free rising and dropping,walking and interior rotating; and positive rotation and reversal rotation to ensure that the work piece can be effectively cleaned without dead places.
